Pharmacological EffectsAcetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate is a kind of special antibiotics of Macrolides Animals.Through inhibiting bacterial proteins synthesis, it can inhibit bacterias reproduction; it has antibacterial activity to Gram-positive bacteria, and its Antibacterial spectrum is similar to Tylosin. Bacterias are not inclined to have drug resistance to Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate, who has effects to the Gram-positive bacteria that has drug resistance to the other antibiotics. Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate has strong antibacterial activity to septic mycoplasmas and synovial mycoplasmas; through being fed, it can be absorbed quickly, and after 30 minutes chickens blood drug concentration can reach the highest point, pigs tow hours. And at this time, Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate and its Metabolites, 3-0-acetyl tylosin, will distributed all around the animals body, of which the major tissues and organs drug concentation will be higher than the one of blood.
