Detailed Product Description
Character: light brown or brown powder, unpleasant odor
Pharmacological action:
Pharmaceutical-dynamics: bambermycin is a phosphorus polysaccharide antibiotic, whose antibiotic metabolism is inhibition of the bacterial propagation by disturbing the biosynthesis of cell wall peptidoglycan. The promoting growth is likely introduced from improving the energy and protein digestion in the feed. It can improve the absorption on the feed nutrient by thinning internal wall, and maintain efficiently the balance of intestine trance bacteria and a pH stable in tumor stomach. It is not patient of bacteria, or cross- patient with other antibiotics. Because of its narrow antibacterial spectrum, it is anti-biotical mainly effective on gram-positive bacteria that are resistant to other antibiotics, but poorly effective against the gram-negative bacteria.
Pharmaceutical action:
Almost none of bambermycin is absorbed in the animal digestion trance after the oral administration, which is all excreted out after 24 hours. Dosage (on proposed volume of mix/feed) is 350 times for meat chicken, 25 times for laying hen and 16 times for pig or bovine. After those animals are killed, no presence of the residues of bambermycin can be found on the tissues such as plasma, muscle, liver, kidney, skin, fat and egg. For example, even after bovine is administrated continuously for 370 days at a dosage of 45mg/day, there is still none of the bambermycin residue in the milk.
Toxicology: the toxicity in bambermycin is very low, LD50 (male mice>10g/kg (oral), 1,520mg/kg (intra-pleural injection)
Interactive: there is no antagonism when bambermycin is used with other antibiotics; therefore, it is compatible with sulfanilamide, tiamulin, erythromycin, lincomycin and some drugs
Indications: to promote growth of poultry or animal, and improve feed efficiency
Usage and dosage:
Mixture feed:
Meat bovine: 0.75-1.25g/bovin/daily
Fat pig: 125g
Small pig: 500-625g
Meat chicken: 125g
Specification: 100:4g (4,000,000 units)
Preservation: tightly closed in a dry place, and kept from light
Character: light brown or brown powder, unpleasant odor
